Petit studio situé au rez-de-chaussée. Linge de lit très agréable. Appartement bien équipé. Arrivée fluide. Rue très calme. Mauvaise isolation phonique avec les parties communes mais peu de passage.

Monolocale vicino alla fermata della metro di Oberkampf. Personalmente esperienza ottima, in quanto ho scelto l'alloggio per la vicinanza al Bataclan (è proprio attaccato). Ottimo come base d'appoggio per visitare la città. Nella via, di notte, dormono degli homeless, innocui e tranquilli, però è giusto segnalarlo.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement situé dans un quartier où tout est à proximité. Bien desservi par les transports. Notre hôte a été très réactif à nos questions. Je recommande.

Un logement agréable, bien équipé et surtout très bien situé. Le canapé convertible est aussi confortable qu’un lit. L’espace est petit, mais suffisant dans mon cas pour une nuit seule. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Amazing location, right in the heart of the city! The photos are accurate and the check-in instructions were very clear. The apartment is small (as expected for the area), and the internet was a bit slow during our stay, but overall we had a lovely experience. Merci!

ottima posizione, quartiere tranquillo e comodo per visitare parigi, vicino alla metro. Monolocale molto piccolo, va bene per pochi giorni. Piccolo consiglio: sarebbero utili degli appendiabiti(sarebbero comodi per ottimizzare lo spazio), peccato per l'assenza delle capsule di caffe! Host reattivo e gentile, disponibile!

Really responsive and understandable hosts, proactive and helpful, couldn’t fault them. Space is small but very cosy and comfy, quieter street so feels safe and secure. Lovely spot really close to underground stations. We had a great stay

Tout s’est très bien passé. La façon dont les photos étaient prises nous ont laissé imaginer un endroit un peu plus grand mais l’endroit est tout de même pratique. Cuisine très bien fournie.

Great spot in the 11th. During our visit (late July 2025) one end of the street is closed so it’s really quiet. Space is small but if all you’re looking for is a place to lay your head at night, this place is perfect. Definitely recommend.

Nous avons passé 2 jours dans l’appartement. Il est bien situé pour l’accès métro et suffisant pour y dormir à deux. Propriétaire a l’écoute et réactif.

Logement bien placé , propre , hôte réactif et sympathique. Logement petit mais c est Paris..

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez Raphael pour le calme et la commodité de l'endroit dans un espace contenu mais propre à proximité d'un quartier populaire dont nous avons profité de l'animation.

We were happy staying at Rafael’s apartment. Walkable distance to train station and buses. And the apartment was equipped with everything you might need including a washer which is a plus. Thank you Rafael for always been available. Can’t wait to come back. ;)

Fan was perfect despite the lack of A/C, the flat didn’t get too hot. We couldn’t work the TV but other than that everything was fine! See less

Responsive host, Florian even supplied a new clothes airer when there wasn’t one after using the included washing machine, which was great. The studio is on the ground floor which was a better for us but did mean if you open the window, passers by can see in, however it is secure and felt safe in the studio and area. Although it was very tight for the 2 of us with our luggage, still enjoyed the stay. Would be even better for a solo trip I would say though, or if you don’t have much luggage. Thanks for the stay!!!
