Great location and comfortable sleeping! It’s nice and quiet in the apartment. So walkable and close to many things but tucked away for a quiet stay. Has a laundry machine to wash/dry clothing and had all the kitchen amenities we needed.

Sehr gute zentrale Lage, in einem charmanten Viertel gelegen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und der Gastgeber kommuniziert sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Great location with easy access to shops, metro and restaurants. Walking distance to many sights. Lovely place with comfortable bed. And good use of space. Toilet is tiny and was a bit of a challenge for my 1.90m son but probably not unusual for Paris properties

The beds were super comfortable and they made use of the space very well. I have to note…It is small, perfect for sleeping but the shower and separate toilet area are small. It worked for us but should be noted for other travelers as it was interesting. The stairs are also steep and it is on the third floor. We were fine with it but it is something to be aware of. This is a nice, small flat in a wonderful location of Paris. It’s perfect for one or two travelers, or three people, especially if they are closely acquainted or family. For example the bedroom only has easy access from one side of the bed. For anyone with mobility issues, the three flights of winding steps to the apartment may prove difficult. The small toilet is very handy for being separate from the shower/main bathroom, but it is quite tight space-wise for anyone with longer legs. The kitchen facilities are great, and overall the location so close to the metro is hard to beat! Really good stay. See less

We had such a great time is Paris. Everything went smoothly. The place was in good shape. Only the shower door doesn’t close and water spills out and toilet is in the kitchen and be ready to enter backwards because the space is very very small.

A charming flat in St Germain that I would recommend for solo travellers or couples. It had clean linens and towels and they set up a baby cot for us as requested. The host was responsive when written to and it was a quiet space. For a quick trip to Paris, the small but cozy space has everything you need. There’s a washing machine and the heating worked well during the chilly weather we had on our trip. Close by, there is a good size Monoprix for groceries, a fabulous independent wine store, great bakeries and coffee shops and clothing stores. The reason I’d give 4 not 5 stars, is that the bedroom smells of previous smokers. I know it’s Paris, and there’s a big smoking culture, but as a non-smoker myself, it was noticeable. Also, the toilet and shower are not connected in one bathroom area which was not a big deal for us, but just something to keep in mind. Lastly, the baby travel cot set up did not have a mattress in it so we couldn’t use it despite bringing our own sheets for it. See less

El departamento está en muy buena zona, súper accesible en dos líneas del metro. Muchas opciones para comer alrededor. Caminando del Sena, Notre Dame y Louvre. Our family of four had a great time in Pairs staying in Raphael’s apartment. We felt very at home and found everything comfortable and clean. We did lots of walking and found the location perfect for our needs. Raphael was very responsive and courteous.

We had a great stay at Raphael’s. The bed and sleeper sofa were both comfortable. It was nice to have a washer available for our clothes. The shower was good. His place was close to the metro and easy to get around.

Raphael's Paris apartment is in a great location, and is a lovely space. It has the amenities required, and although small, is perfect for a city trip. It is very clean and check in/check out is very easy!

A cute flat in a really great location. Walking distance to Notre-Dame, Louvre and metro stations. Also great if you have a small kid - walking distance to Luxembourg Garden and the quiet part of Saint-Germain neighborhood. We loved it! Raphael is a great host.

The location can't be beat. It's central to so much Paris has to offer yet not in an overly touristy district.

The apartment is in a fantastic location. We enjoyed exploring the area and trying the lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. The bed was really comfortable and everything in the apartment worked well. Raphael was very helpful and friendly. We would happily stay here again.
