Our stay was a wonderful experience and a perfect fit for our family. The communication was excellent, and the space was clean, beautifully decorated, and surprisingly ample for a Parisian flat. A massive highlight was the 12:00 PM checkout. Having that extra time to get ready with the kids made a world of difference compared to the usual 10:00 AM rush. The sofa bed was also impressive; it is a high-quality pull-down style that felt like a proper, comfortable bed rather than a standard thin pull-out. The location is incredibly convenient, with a Monoprix just 5 minutes away, the Metro within 10 minutes, and the Eiffel Tower reachable in about 15–20 minutes on foot. Even though the elevator is tiny, it was a huge relief to have it when returning tired. We noticed two minor issues: there was a stale oil smell upon entry, and the room scent bottle was empty. However, the odor cleared up quickly with some fresh air. Overall, it is a fantastic home base that we highly recommend. See less

We just got back from Paris and the apartment was exactly what we needed, clean and, located in a great area. The kitchen was spotless and had everything we needed to start our days. I slept on the sofa bed and it was very comfomfortable. Great location with many restaurants near by. We ended up eating breakfat at the pastry shop right below the apartment every morning while we were there. It s about 20 mins easy walk to the Eiffel Tower. The host, Francois was very responsive with our questions. There was a link that the host sent it us with a video that has clear instructions on how to check-in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Thanks again for sharing your place with us. See less

Great location, we walked to 4 metros and there's a bus a minute away. Lots of shops and cafes on the doorstep.

We had a great stay, the apartment was lovely and felt at home straight away! The apartment is in a great location and had everything we needed for our stay! Would definitely book again :)

We had a lovely stay as a family of three. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with plenty of space and a nice bathroom. The only minor issue was the small, occasionally unreliable elevator, but everything inside the apartment was excellent.

Fabulous apartment. Pristine, great communication and very central to transport links. Like a home from home everything you need was here!! Shower was perfect when aching from All the sight seeing and waking. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone. Thanks so much Raphael.

We had a great stay! They were super helpful when we accidentally left the key in the apartment (ended up needing a hotel for the night but that’s on user error). Be mindful in the next few weeks there are quite a few bus routes not running.

Appartement proposé par Raphael and Co est très bien et correspond parfaitement à la description, idéal Lane situé pour visiter Paris sur quelques jours en couples ou à 4 avec deux enfants. Tout est parfaitement équipé et décoré avec goût, je recommande sans réserve.

We loved our stay, the location was easy to get to both train and bus lines and had everything you could need within walking distance. Excellent restaurant just below requires a visit (or four). Beautiful apartment with excellent kitchen

The place is what we wished for, walkable and has friendly neighborhood where locals go. It is a big help that there is an elevator. His unit truly feels like home, especially with kids.

Beautiful flat and responsive host. There are local shops nearby which is a great help. Eiffel Tower is a 30 minutes walk. No issues at all.
