Negative: See less

Public review: Very charming and unique little flat. It was very cute and original, great beds, linens, and totally clean and secure. The stairs are very narrow so be careful. Great location and they communicated well.

Public review: Muy bien ubicado lo recomiendo Private feedback: Muchas gracias

Public review: The location was amazing and the space was clean and well maintained. The amenities were great for enjoying time in the kitchen/living room together and the washer/dish washer were a plus for our families stay. The main issue is that the location did not advertise as a triplex until check in and we were traveling with an elderly person and a toddler, so the stairs were a bit of a challenge. Steep in many areas and missing handle rails in one portion. Overall the stay was lovely, but we wouldn’t have booked the location had we know about the accessibility. See less

Public review: Lovely little airbnb in a perfect neighbourhood for walking about and finding new spots, was also accessible via public transport. Airbnb was as described in pictures, one slight issue was the towels were extremely thin, small and a few old stains remained. Another thing to note would be the cleaner showed up at 11:15am, despite the checkout being noted as 12. Felt a little rushed getting out the door - but would return again and we enjoyed our stay. We managed, but that’s definitely something to take into account. See less

Public review: Enjoyed our stay. Nice central location but on a private street away from the road and closed in the evenings so nice and quiet. Private feedback: Hi, we enjoyed our stay but feel the cleaning could be better. The bathrooms had some mould and the fans desperately need a clean.

Public review: Great place!! Lovely location

We had a great weekend with friends. Ideally located in central Paris. It was a perfect base for exploring with friends.

Grazie

The stay was nice, but it would be a little nicer without cockroaches in the apartment. Toilet sits in one of the rooms were broken and poor attached. Seems like a problems that could be fixed with a little more attention to details.

We absolutley loved staying Raphaels place. The location was amazing with access to restaurants, cafes and bars and a 5 min walk to the Lourve. The stairs are tight in the apartment but that did not take away from our stay. We would definitely stay again.

See less

Wonderful location near Opera Garnier and many train stations, plus right in one of the famous Paris covered alleys or Pasages full of nice little shops and restaurants. VERY quiet area after 8pm and on Sundays, which was great after long days of walking. Great little kitchen and sitting area on the third floor. Second floor bedroom is quite nice and spacious. Fourth floor bedroom is a little cramped for anyone very tall. My husband is 6’3” and the shower was too small for him and the sloped roof was a tiny bit of a problem for him. Beds were very comfy and there were nice little shower kits for us as well, a nice touch. The stairs are quite narrow and you’ll have to take your luggage up them all so pack light or prepare to haul it all up three or four flights of stairs! See less

A great apartment with different levels Two small bathrooms. Lots of natural light and the top level had big mirrors. Loved the helpful beauty kit and the very comfortable beds. Thanks again for a lovely stay Raphael and for your recommendation.

Raphael was a great host and the apartment was a PERFECT fit for two couples. The flat is on 3 levels, with the bedrooms being on levels one and three. Plenty of separation for privacy, and each has it's on ensuite. The main living space was ample for the 4 of us, and the kitchen was well stocked with basic utensils. The location was an easy walk to Metro/bus and the Louvre. There were many restaurants and markets in the immediate area. We found it clean, comfortable, and a great location. We would definately stay again without hesitation in the cooler months. (There is no air conditioning, and I would imagine it would not be comfortable in the heat of summer) Two things to note 1: this is a typical european apartment with MANY uneven stairs to climb. No problem for us, but if you have anyone with mobility issues, you may find it challenging. 2: The flat is located inside of a shopping area, and can be noisy with the windows open. No bother for us, but just be aware. See less

Great stay, nice convenient apartment in a lovely shopping centre. Ideal location for our trip to Moulin Rouge. Thank you

One consideration—all the shops are closed on Sunday, so if you’re hoping to visit them, weekdays would be better. See less

See less
