Public review: The location was amazing, down a quiet/safe side street across from a fire-station which is right off of one of the main streets. Easy access to subway and main attractions. Apartment was exactly as described and photographed. The bed upstairs in the loft needs to be pulled out a bit because of the slope of the ceiling and the lift generally lacks privacy to the bathroom area. Overall great find! See less

Public review: We had a great stay here! Tons of easy access for food and the metro Private feedback: Thank you for a great stay.

Public review: Awesome place to stay. Very close to the metro and beautiful surroundings. This was perfect for our family of 5! Private feedback: Everything was great! Just fyi, the shower in the master bathroom door doesn’t seal so water leaks out. Thank you for everything!

Public review: A spacious and beautiful apartment in an ideal location, close to the Louvre, the metro, and numerous restaurants. The street was quiet, and despite the fire station directly across from the apartment, we were never disturbed by any noise. The air conditioning throughout the apartment was very efficient, unlike at some other places we stayed in France. We also enjoyed a lovely view of Saint-Eustache Church. Overall, a wonderful place to stay! See less

Public review: Really fun stay in Paris, and I wish we could have stayed longer. This apartment is in a great location and very walkable to the M and B lines (servicing Orly and CDG) as well as tons of attractions, restaurants, and shopping. My only knock is that the upstairs bedroom was a little funky in its design, generally lacking the typical functionality/flow you’d expect in a bedroom. The downstairs bedroom and common areas were great, however. Private feedback: Great place. The upstairs bedroom is neat but has a strange design that isn’t super practical. I’d try to find someway to add shelving and counter space around the sink. See less

Public review: We stayed 4 days. Loved the location and having A/C, very comfortable beds with the beautiful church to look at; quiet, walkable neighborhood. Host was very responsive and apartment well equipped. Furniture is a bit worn and not particularly comfortable. Upstairs toilet was behind glass with zero privacy and downstairs toilet right off kitchen tucked under a sloping ceiling-hard to access for our 6 foot+ husbands. The main floor bedroom dois not have a toilet only the shower and sink. The upstairs has no door, so bring white noise as you will hear every noise made by the main floor all night. If you have trouble with stairs, check to see about whether the elevator is fixed yet. Even with a few negatives, we really enjoyed our stay! Private feedback: More toilet paper, towels and tissues, please. I would try to put some mirrored plastic on the upstairs doors. Lots of people have mentioned this as a liability. As an Airbnb host myself, I found it a little disconcerting to not have any privacy in the upstairs room ;) See less

Location is fantastic for local restaurants and bars and walking distance to Pont Neuf and surrounding area. I think we found our new favourite place to stay in Paris! Private feedback: We loved our stay. Only constructive criticism is the kitchen could be a bit better equipped (drinking / water glasses, chopping board …) and also note that the toaster made the fuse jump a couple of times. But these all minor things and we’d love to stay again! See less

Public review: Our stay here was great. The apartment was modern and clean with a lot of space to move around. The views of the old cathedral were the chef’s kiss. And the location allowed us to maneuver through the streets of Paris with ease.

Very cool lot setup Cons - bathroom situation is very impractical. The showers are both totally see through so if you’re showering the room must be evacuated. And 1/2 toilets was in the see through shower so same situation. This works only for married couples who use the bathroom and shower in front of each other. The only private toilet was in a tiny bathroom, wouldn’t fit anyone over 120 kg. No one mentioned this in prior reviews. See less

Public review: Absolutely LOVED our stay at the L&D Duplex. The space was incredibly stylish, clean, and had all amenities you would require. The location was perfect for our stay in Paris - very central and walkable, so close to the Louvre and the Seine, amazing restaurants close by, also close to the metro if required. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. The apartment was absolutely stunning. Beautifully furnished and felt very luxurious and spacious. The views outside were incredible. Waking up to the view of Église Saint-Eustache through the window in the loft was unbelievable. Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come again if returning to Paris. Private feedback: Thank you so much for accomodating our stay in Paris. Everything was absolutely perfect! So handy having the hairdryers, washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board. The only item I had an issue with was mould in the detergent tray of the washing machine, but I cleaned this - you may just need to keep an eye on it in the future if unused for a long time. Thank you again. Ivana See less

Public review: This apartment is situated next to a gorgeous cathedral with of it from 3 windows. It’s in a very central location for outings and just a 10 min walk to The Louvre. Well designed and very spacious by Paris standards. Dark-out blinds made it easy to sleep at night. NOTE: 1) The elevator doesn’t work so we had to carry a lot of heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs which we didn’t expect. As female travelers this wasn’t fun. 2) The hot water ran out easily. Otherwise it was a perfect stay. Private feedback: You should remove the elevator from this listing as it isn’t accurate. Also need to address the shortage of hot water. I really wanted to enjoy that stunning tub but couldn’t fill it with hot water. See less

Super Lage.Schönes Apartment!

Good location, with easy access to restaurants and shopping areas. The place is generally clean, comfortable and convenient. The only minor downside is the mezzanine toilet — due to the slanted ceiling, it’s difficult for an adult to stand while using it. Still, overall the stay was acceptable and pleasant.
