As other reviewers have noted, it is small, but if you are out most of the time and just need a home base, this works very well and is good value. Though we considered the location near all kinds of lovely restaurants a plus, it did mean it was loud at night- and with the hot summer Paris is experiencing we did need to sleep with windows open - bring ear plugs! Private feedback: Ciao Patrick, come scritto nella recensione abbiamo apprezzato l'appartamento ma il rumore che viene da fuori non ci ha permesso di tenere le finestre aperte e nonostante i ventilatori c'è stato veramente molto caldo. Ti suggerisco di mettere almeno un condizionatore per gli ospiti che vengono in estate. Buona vita!! See less

The unit is a little on the smaller side, but we did not mind as we were only staying one night. It is ideally made for two people, but three is fine for a shorter stay. Unit is located in a busy area so expect some noise at night if you plan to leave the windows open. Area is safe and walking distance to good eats and bars. Our host was very responsive which is a plus. Would definitely stay here again. See less

The surrounding location was great, only 5 mins from a local metro and 16 mins from Chatelet which connects to the Airport lines. Furthermore the streets were filled with various restaurants with a diversity of cuisine, we were spoiled for choice. Though it can be quite noisy at night with people still out and about. The host was great, very receptive and responded to all my questions. The instructions were very good and also included a video of showing how to enter and where to go. Super séjour dans cet appartement à Paris. Il est très confortable, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et on s’y sent tout de suite bien. L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir la ville et visiter facilement les principaux sites. Une très belle adresse que je recommande sans hésiter.
