Public review: Lots of room and everything was very clean. Unfortunately no fans in the apartment, and with a 90F day it was quite warm without AC.

D’une propreté impeccable il propose des chambres confortables et un très grand espace commun dans lequel les 8 personnes prennent place sans se gêner. Les deux salles de bains (équipées de douche) permettent d’accélérer le rythme des douches et sans manque d’eau chaude jusqu’à la 8ème douche. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires qui fournissent des informations très détaillées et précises pour l’entrée dans les lieux, ainsi que pour la sortie. Negative: See less

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est très propre et bien équipé. Très bonne instruction pour notre arriver. Logement que je conseille entièrement.

Alles bestens, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. die umgebung ist toll, super infrasktruktur.

Sehr grosse, gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Sehr zentral gelegen – nahe Gare de Lyon und bestens an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden. Check-in und Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber waren sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Kommen gerne wieder!

Appartement spacieux et propre, literie très confortable. Emplacement calme, restaurants, marché Aligre, Franprix et Biocoop à deux pas. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

We really enjoyed our stay and the area was great for what we wanted, the flat was clean and warm, with enough space for everyone and we appreciated the coffee after a long trip! the host was responsive and check in was very easy because the instructions were clear and it all went very smoothly, for us the only issue was that we expected the apartment to be a loft as advertised but it is in fact at the very bottom of some tall apartments buildings and because it’s also at the back of this block there was no real natural light or views at all which was a shame as the only time we saw Paris was when we left the flat, lastly the decking was very slippery as we had a little baby with us so this became an issue leaving and entering the flat, having said that it was a very pleasant stay and the host was great. Raphael was the perfect host, always responsive and incredibly helpful. the place was perfect, spacious, clean, comfortable. the neighbourhood was great too, lots of great places to eat and drink, a wonderfully authentic local market and easily accessible. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The flat was bigger than we expected, perfect for a family of 7. Easy check-in with instructions. It’s close proximity to public transports, quiet neighborhood with several restaurants to choose from. We would stay again.
