We found the local area had great cafes and amenities, perfect for eating / drinking out locally and taking food home to prepare. Close enough to all the action of inner Paris. The host was very helpful and sent all the information and was readily available if needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Negative: We were staying during the heatwave and although the apartment had excellent windows and 4 fans, it was very warm at times. See less

Er waren een paar kleine aandachtspuntjes, zoals wat probleempjes met de vaatwasser waardoor de afwas niet altijd helemaal proper was, en we misten hier en daar wat keukengerief. Voor de rest was alles echt super. Je hebt veel privacy, het is heel gezellig en gelegen in een fijne, rustige buurt. De accommodatie is bovendien makkelijk bereikbaar en het inchecken verloopt eenvoudig zonder ingewikkeld systeem. Wij zouden hier zeker nog eens terugkomen! See less

We found the apartment clean and as described/shown on the listing. Beds were big and very comfortable. When we figured out how to use the shower the water was hot. Also the owner were very responsive. Area is nice. Little bit of mould in some of bedrooms but that’s okay. All in all there was no complaints and we would definitely return. See less

Le logement était parfait pour un grand nombre de personnes. L’emplacement était vraiment génial avec le métro à proximité et le quartier est très calme. L’hôte était excrément proactif et donnait des informations extrêmement clairs. Je recommande fortement le logement.

This was a great location to hold 8 people. we enjoyed having 4 bedrooms and there was lots of living space.

Wir hatten einen super Aufwenthalt bei Raphael. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Wohnung war nicht ringhörig und sehr ruhig und es war optimal für unsere Reise zu zehnt. Wir würden wieder kommen!:)

Ganz tolles rbnb für 4 oder auch mehr Personen.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und schön. Wir sind mit zwei Autos gefahren und in der Garage gab es nur einen Parkplatz, dafür konnte man sehr gut auf der Straße Parkplätze finden. Raphael war ein sehr guter Gastgeber und jederzeit zu erreichen, wenn man Fragen hatte.

Awesome property, very easy to reach. Host was very warm welcoming and amazing person. One of the best houses we have lived so far. Total value for money and easy accessible with all mode of transport.

Très bel endroit, décoré avec goût et dans un bel environnement. Métro proche avec place de parc pour laisser sa voiture, le top! Seul bémol, les murs sont très fins et on entend beaucoup les voisins.

But we figured it out: when you shut the door, make sure it is all the way that it hit the wall, otherwise it will stuck or won't opened. We stayed for 2 nights, it's quite, no complaint. See less

A lovely spacious apartment. The complex is peaceful and secure. A few minutes walk to the Metro at Gambetta. A good selection of local restaurants and cafes. We recommend Le Comptoire which is a few metres away.

Set on the ground floor of a large apartment block, it's very quiet with a large garden courtyard outside the apartment windows, also in a quiet neighbourhood, but close to cafes, shops and restaurants etc. The location is excellent, close to the Pere-Lachaise cemetery, and also near the Belleville area with its literally hundreds of bars and restaurants, but it's easy to get into more central Paris. Several nice parks within walking distance. Overall highly recommended and in particular it's a BIG space in a nice area! See less

The apartment was located in a great area with plenty of restaurants and independent shops nearby, close to a metro station with easy access to the rest of the city. The complex was peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and comfortable, and we would definitely recommend.
