We did stay in the great Parisian heatwave of 2026, and there is no aircon.. that was the only downside. Although they provided standing fans which helped as much as they could! I would recommend it to others, it felt safe and they allowed us to keep our luggage in the storage room before and after check out which was extremely helpful. Maybe at some point if it keeps getting hotter get some AC, but thank you so much for providing the fans! See less

We managed to find the iron but couldn't find an ironing board, would be helpful to have one available. appartement parfait pour un séjour dans la capitale. nous étions un couple avec un enfant et c'était vraiment idéal. il y avait tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. aux beaux jours la terrasse doit être très agréable.

L’appartement était à l’image des photos et très confortable. Les hôtes étaient joignables facilement et très réactifs. Seul petit bémol, la difficulté pour trouver à se garer. Enfin, la proximité au cimetière du Père Lachaise nous a permis d’accéder à ce haut lieu de Paris.

Le logement était impeccable , et toutes les instructions étaient très claires! Pratique aussi grâce à la bagagerie . Et aussi le point fort ,métro accessible à 5 min à pied ( et environs 20 min de métro jusqu’au champs Élysée )

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kleine, saubere Wohnung. Für 4 Leute und ein Wochenende war es total ausreichend. Für Unternehmungen ist man auf Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel oder Uber angewiesen, was super geklappt hat.

Great location: lively neighborhood with many restaurants, bars and cafes. Easy access to public transportation. A bit smaller than what it seems on the pictures and sometimes a bit noisy, but other than that, a very nice place to stay!

Pasamos 3 noches en el apartamento de Raphael y todo fue perfecto. Total flexibilidad para la entrada y toda la informacion clara… todo muy facil. Es una zona con vida, con restaurantes, supermercados, cafeterias… a 5min de una parada de metro. Perfecto para moverte y conocer Paris.
